ASRAS BNP Paribas is a non-profit association regulated by the law of July 18, 1901. It was created in 1993 at the time BNP was privatized. It is made up of shareholders who are employees, former employees, retired or not, who belong to or have belonged to the BNP Paribas group (affiliates included). They all hold BNP Paribas shares, either directly or through the company’s group investment plan (Fonds Communs de Placement de l'Entreprise).
